General conditions
1. Purpose
This contract relating to the sale of goods is concluded between the seller (hereinafter referred to as Hanane B.) and a buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Client), within the framework of a distance selling system.
2. Scope
2.1. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to sales carried out by Hanane B. on her website (www.hananeb.com).
2.2. Any order placed with Hanane B.’s shop implies express and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
2.3. Furthermore, the Client declares that they are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, or hold parental or guardian authorization allowing them to place an order on Hanane B.’s website.
2.4. These general terms and conditions of sale may be supplemented by specific conditions stated prior to any transaction with the Client.
3. Applicable Law
3.1. These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the prices, are expressly approved and accepted by the Client, who acknowledges having full knowledge of them and waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, particularly their own purchasing conditions. The act of purchase implies acceptance of these terms.
3.2. These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1. Prices indicated on the website, in emails, or in advertising campaigns are provided without commitment and may be modified. Prices are in euros (VAT not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code) and are those in effect at the time of the order. If an incorrect price is displayed, only the valid price shall apply; in such a case, the Client may cancel the order.
5.2. Once the order has been accepted by Hanane B. (see 6.3.),
5.3. Prices do not include packaging or shipping costs within France. For international shipping, costs are added at checkout. Prices correspond to registered or signed-for delivery via postal services or carriers such as FedEx/TNT, DHL, or UPS.
5.4. For international deliveries, a flat shipping fee is added and clearly indicated during checkout.
For paintings shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the Client.
6. Orders
6.1. Orders placed via the website are valid only for billing and delivery addresses in the countries listed in the order form.
6.2. A confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is placed, including the order number, details, total amount, and addresses.
6.3. The order is accepted once confirmed by the Client and validated by Hanane B. after payment.
6.4. For card or bank transfer payments, validation occurs when the banking partner confirms payment.
6.5. Items are shipped only after order acceptance.
7. Cancellation
Hanane B. reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason, including supply or delivery issues.
The Client will be informed by email within seven working days. Partial or non-fulfillment does not entitle the Client to compensation. No payment will be collected in such cases.
8. Payment Terms
8.1. Payment is due in full at the time of order, in euros, without discount. Installment payment options may be available via partners.

Transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Partner terms and conditions apply where relevant.
8.3. Bank fees are borne by the Client.
8.4. Late payment penalties apply based on the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus 10 points.
9. Payment Processing
9.1. Card payments are debited in euros at the time of order.
9.2. Bank transfers are processed upon receipt.
9.3. In case of payment issues, Hanane B. may suspend or refuse orders.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All website content is protected by intellectual property laws. No reproduction or adaptation is allowed without authorization.
10.2. Any unauthorized public use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
10.3. Information is provided for personal use only. The user is solely responsible for its use.
10.4. Penalties
Unauthorized use may result in legal sanctions under intellectual property and civil law.
11. Delivery
11.1. Orders are shipped within a maximum of two weeks.
11.2. Delivery times depend on carriers. Delays do not entitle compensation.
11.3. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client.
11.4. Goods travel at the Client’s risk.
11.5. The Client must check goods upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours.
11.6. Claims for non-delivery must be made within one month.
12. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership remains with the seller until full payment is received. Risk transfers upon delivery.
13. Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to return products for refund or exchange (excluding return costs).
14. Warranty
Legal warranty for hidden defects applies. Claims must be made within 30 days.
15. Confidentiality
Client data is treated confidentially and used only for order processing.
The site complies with French data protection laws (CNIL registration no. 2071102).
16. Liability
Hanane B. is not liable for misuse of products or unauthorized resale/reproduction.
17. Force Majeure
Events such as strikes, war, or supply disruptions release the seller from obligations.
18. Mediation
Clients may use mediation services before legal action.
Failing agreement, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Toulouse courts.
19. Disputes
French law applies.
The Toulouse Judicial Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
